| DanceWize has
had a very successful year working at many new and diverse events.
We have had many changes within the team but have managed to keep
the volunteer numbers up to 12 throughout the year. Key Peer Educators
(KPE’s) are recruited from the rave community and undergo training
on a myriad of drug related issues. The team has hosted a chill out space and information stall over 18 nights at 9 different events in the past year, including 4 multi-day festivals. |

| DanceWize continues
to monitor and address issues facing party goers in the scene in
many different ways, including
raising awareness, and intervening where possible. DanceWize has
conducted a research project on sniffer dogs and is currently compiling
a report
with Fitzroy Legal Service and Turing Point to present the issues
to the public. DanceWize and HRVic thanks all of its partners, DHS and especially the volunteers for their time and comment to reducing harms caused by party drug use, without them DanceWize would not be possible. |
