HRVic, the Victorian Drug User Organisation, is a community-based,
not-for-profit incorporated association, founded in 1987 in direct
response to the threat of an HIV/AIDS epidemic among people who
use drugs in Australia. Since then, HRVic’s focus has expanded
to include a wide range of health and social issues including the
Hepatitis C epidemic, drug-related overdose, addressing emerging
harms associated with the use of party-drugs and amphetamine-type
substances, opioid substitution pharmacotherapies and other needs
and issues as they arise.
HRVic's role currently includes:

harms
